In support of National Small business Week, chase is offering an additional 10,000 bonus points (Ultimate Rewards) on their business cards, the Ink Bold and Ink Plus cards for a total of 60,000 bonus point when you sign up and spend $5,000 in three months!
The main difference between these 2 cards is that the Ink Bold is a Charge Card which has to paid in full and has a flexible spending limit, and the Ink Plus is a Credit Card with the option to pay over time (which I don’t recommended because you’ll be paying high interest fees).
Both of these cards offer,
- Get 5 points per dollar spent at office supply stores (eg. Staples Office Depot & Office Max), and on cellular phone, landline, internet, and cable TV services. That means you can purchase gift cards that are available at these stores like Amazon gift cards and earn 5 points per dollar.
-
Earn 2X points per $1 on the first $50,000 spent annually at gas stations and for hotel accommodations when purchased directly with the hotel.
-
1:1 point transfer to participating travel programs with no transfer fees
-
NO foreign transaction fees
-
$0 intro annual fee for first year, $95 thereafter
This is a business credit card, but you don’t have to have a big business to apply for this card. If you sell products from your home or sell online you can also open these cards.
For the Business Name enter your name or the name you use to sell your stuff, and choose “Sole Proprietorship” for the “Type Of Business” and use your social security where it asks for your tax ID.

You can also sign up to the Ink Cash credit card which has no anual fee and is offering a 25,000 points when you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months instead of the regular 20,000, but you cant transfer points directly from your Ink Cash card to airlines or hotel programs (eg. United, British), you can transfer them to a Chase Sapphire Preferred, Ink Bold or Ink Plus cards and from there you can transfer it to participating airline or hotel programs.
