Target has started offering Free standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more (used to have to be $50 or more to get the free shipping) when shipping to the 48 contiguous states (Handling fees may still apply to bulky items).
Target is also offering Free return shipping on all items.
Target Redcard holders still get their Free shipping and 5% off on all orders.
