These type of coupons have not been working on Visa gift cards but this on does seem to work. The $200 Visa gift card is priced at $206.95 (after the $6.95 activation fee), making it only $191.95 after the coupon.
NOTE: When using coupon codes on gift card purchases, Staples has many times cancelled the orders.
