WOW Air is an Ultra Low Cost Carrier that flies international flights with a stop in Iceland (just like Spirit or Frontier is with domestic flights). You will have to pay extra for carry-on bag (you can bring a personal item), luggage, or even choosing a seat, and if your flight gets cancelled/ or miss a connection they may not rebook you on another airline and it may be a few days for their next flight.
