Ebay is offering $15 off $75 when you use coupon code: PSHOPAPP at checkout when using their app. I tried it using my phone with the regular browser (not the app) and it also worked (you may have to check off the coupon after you enter it if it says it did not apply).
The postal service via eBay has a USPS New Botanical Art booklet of 10 stamps for 4.90, add 16 booklets to bring the price to $78.40, there is a shipping charge of $1.25 to bring the price to $79.65. Plus add coupon code: PSHOPAPP at checkout to save $15 (the code valid until 9 PM ET tonight, and only once per account, when using PayPal as payment) and bring the price down to only $64.65, thats just 40¢ per stamp!
