• Send signed rebate form within 60 days of purchase with copy of your receipt/order confirmation (sent by email at the time you made your online order) and packing list.
• Rebate redemption does not invalidate eligibility of other product specific rebates or promotions. Eligibility is limited to end-consumers only.
• Your $100 order has to be net of any coupons or other discounts or manufacturer mail-in rebates.
• Rebate must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase.
• Limit one rebate per person, billing address, or household.
