Walmart+ same day delivery is now available in select areas of Brooklyn (you can choose a delivery for the current day, but it is not letting you choose a future day or a specific time slot)
With Walmart+ you can have groceries, household essentials, and much more delivered the same day directly from Walmart, without the inflated prices and extra fees that other delivery apps charge.
Walmart+ members get Free delivery on orders of $35 or more. There seems to be a small $3 Express Delivery fee added to same-day deliveries (this can vary by location). Even with this fee it will almost always be less expensive than ordering through delivery apps like instacart that mark up item prices and add service and delivery fees.
