Small Business Saturday – Get Back $30 Per Card (Sign Up For A Credit Card & Add Additional Users)
As I posted on September 27th American Express is once again offering their Small Business Saturday promotion (this year its on 11/29) and is the best offer we’ve yet to have as you can get back $30 per card (a $10 statement credit when you spend $10 or more in a single purchase, 3 times per card)!
To be able to take part in this promotion you will have to register your Amex cards, each card separately (even additional users on the same account). Registration opens on November 16th (I’ll remind you then).
In the past the Small Business Saturday promotion worked on all primary American Express cards even those from third parties (like from Citi or Barclays), but if for some reason you do not get the credit automatically applied to your account, you will probably not be able to get the credit manually for those 3rd party cards like you are able to do with cards issued directly from Amex, which can easily be done by a customer service rep.
The Small Business Saturday promotion also worked on secondary cards issued directly from American Express but not for cards issued by third parties.
If you don’t have an American Express card or want to add additional users to your current account there is still time to do so. You should note that by adding too many additional users to your account, you are asking to get a financial review (they freeze your account and ask for proof of income etc.) from Amex.
