You sync your eligible American Express credit card with Twitter then you Tweet the special offer #hashtags to load exclusive Cardmember offers directly to your card and you will save with an automatic statement credit when you make a qualified purchase in store or online with your synced card.

• After your Card is synced, Tweet a unique offer #hashtag (example for H&M you will tweet #AmexHM)from a participating merchant and you will receive a confirmation Tweet informing you of a successful enrollment. If you Tweet an offer #hashtag prior to syncing your Card, you will be prompted to complete the syncing process first and then be automatically eligible for the offer. If you Tweet multiple special offer #hashtags within the same Tweet, you will be enrolled in all offers and Amex will send you a reply message for each valid offer to confirm enrollment.
