Right after all those references – Proud Sponsor of Shas for Shidduchim 2020!
Chicago Chesed Fund’s 3rd annual Shas for Shidduchim campaign is fast approaching! This Tu B’Shvat – beginning Sunday evening, February 9, 2020 through Monday, February 10, 2020 – hundreds will gather at the Veitzener Cheder Yeshiva Ohr Boruch in Chicago and complete Shas in Zchus of Klal Yisroel’s singles, storming the heavens on their behalf.
After all, chesed isn’t just about monetary donations. Shas for Shidduchim represents a completely new way of giving–supporting others through Limud Torah. But for those who live far, or are otherwise unavailable to partake, Shas for Shidduchim is offering the opportunity to sponsor a daf or mesechta in the merit of finding a shidduch for themselves, friends, or family members.
The previous Shas for Shidduchim campaigns have been met with an overwhelming success. Here is just one of the many emails that came in following last year’s campaign:
“This email is long overdue, I wanted to let you know that I participated in Shas for Shidduchim by donating money in the zchus for my sister to find her shidduch. Bechasdie Hashem, she got engaged shortly before Purim, and will be getting married soon. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of zchus.”
For just $100, you can sponsor a daf on behalf of yourself, a family member, or friend. Hurry – Tu B’Shvat is coming up and time is running out! Sponsor a daf at Shas4Shidduchim.org or call 847.679.7799 X170.
All proceeds go directly to Chicago Chesed Fund’s many programs and services that help singles find their bashert.
