You can find cheap tickets flying from JFK to Tel Aviv (TLV) with one stopover in Turkey on Turkish Airlines for just $683.37 from the end of January to the middle of March. I have many relatives and friends that used Turkish in the past and the planes were full of yidden (especially now when my sister went for Succos), they felt safe and their flight was amazing.
You can find these prices on Orbitz, and you can use the “Search 3 days before and after” tool so it will be easier to find a date, there are currently a few dates available for the end of January many dates for February and few dates available for the beginning of March (like seen in the image below).
Here are some dates I found,

February: Many dates available just use the Orbitz and you should have no problem finding available dates.

UPDATE: It seems the app is currently not giving new users any coupons, but if you previously had the Target App you should have the coupon.
